Contact us via our contact form and let us know that you want to make a return, and our customer service representatives will help you with return instructions.
Enter the following information in the contact form:
- Order number
– Name specified in the order
- Email address specified in the order
- Names of all products that you want to return
- Reason for return
For a return to be approved, the following must be met:
- The product is in its original condition and undamaged
- The frames must be unopened and still have the protective plastic
- The return must be sent as a trackable package and in the original packaging, including the material around the frame
The return process can take up to 14 days from the time you handed it over to your postal agent. Once the return has been received and handled, we will register the credit and send you a confirmation by email.
Please keep your receipt and tracking reference from the post office until you have received confirmation that we have received your return. We will then send you an email with the return confirmation.
